Finally a good episode with some decent pacing, am I dreaming?

Okay, I finally caught up to one piece and I would like to say some things. First I am truly genuinely glad I started one piece , I'm not biased but one piece is one of the best anime I ever saw and will probably see. Second before watching I heard people say that one piece is too long and animation is not good but one you catch up you will want more eps and currently the animation is more clearer than my eyesight and te old animation was neat too.

True, I started One Piece when there is around 700+ episode I feel like damn too long but I run out of good anime guess I will start with this one. Now I am depressed as hell waiting for one episode per week

One piece could have been the best anime ever made if they started making it few years later,pacing issue is way too big of a problem,in truth we should be at no more than episode 500 based on manga volumes.Or if they made few breaks in between seasons.
In truth i think most fans would have been fine if they just decided to rework older episodes when they reached time skip for a year or two,to let manga move further.

but be honest one piece is top tier in terms of World Building and has a good storytelling in terms of back story of side characters

If you want the best anime then watch Hunter x Hunter. It is pretty consistently good from start to finish (anime).
OP is pretty basic except for some arcs like Skypiea arc and Oden backstory. At least those two arcs are the best ones that I can think of. I guess you can also say that Water 7 and Drum Island arc is good, too.

I already have watched HxH, it is one of my favorites too. But IMO one piece has better world building and history. But HxH is good too in its own ways.

and i mean its the same it always was
this anime describes luffy perfectly wanna know why? because its a fucking rubber! its always streching the episodes! 2 years of episodes well mande would be on a normal anime like 8 months lol
one piece will always have a place in my heart. but the way the strech the episodes and dowgrade quality 80% of the times is truly shameful for a company like toe with milions and milions of dolars
